Angelina Alexander Timms, 83, of Southbury, formerly of Kensington, beloved wife of the late Lawrence Timms for 53 years, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 5 at Waterbury Hospital. She was born in Derby, on May 30, 1928, daughter of the late George and Esther Vonetes Alexander. She was a member of St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church of Orange. She was a graduate of Ansonia High School. She was a retired secretary for Skinner Valve of New Britain. Angelina was an avid reader, loved to paint, and enjoyed needlepoint. She loved being with her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all. Her loving family includes her loving sister, Mary Klarides, and her husband Theodore, of Middlebury; and several caring nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside Service in celebration of Angelina's life will be held on TUESDAY, June 7, at 11:00 am DIRECTLY at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia, with Father Peter Orfanakos, Pastor of St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorial gifts in Angelina's memory may be made to St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 480 Racebrook Road, Orange, CT 06477-2514.
