Carol Meyer Cadoret

Carol Tuduri Meyer Cadoret, 79, of Orange formerly of Seymour, beloved wife of Alvin Meyer entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born in New York City, NY on March 12, 1935, the daughter of the late Edward and Ina DiMaggio Tuduri. She was a communicant of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Oxford. Carol was a Secretary at Seymour High School for 25 years and retired in 1989. She loved to travel, shop and go to the beach but most of all she enjoyed being with her family and friends. Her loving family includes her three caring sons Robert E. (Cindy) Cadoret of Orange, Daniel J. (Donna) Cadoret of Seymour , James M. Cadoret of Bethany , two step-sons Jeff (Ruth) Meyer of Seymour and Brian (Bernice) Meyer of Torrington and a step-daughter Michelle Damon of Cheshire, a loving brother Edward Tuduri of CA., ten cherished grandchildren Kaity, Kenny, Ashley, Noelle, Jake, Chris, Jessie, Megan, Andrew and Kyle, a cherished great-granddaughter Brooke, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband James Cadoret. The family would like to express their gratitude to the excellent and compassionate caregivers at Yale New Haven Hospital who cared for Carol during her time of need. A Funeral Service in Celebration of Carol's Life will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 11:00 am (Directly) at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 25 Great Hill Rd., Oxford. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at a later date.
