Charles Roger Malmeth

Charles Roger Malmeth, age 28, of Seymour, entered into rest unexpectedly on Friday, April 26, 2019 at his home. He was born in Norwalk on December 21, 1990, loving son of Roger Malmeth and the late Suzanne Frenette Malmeth. Charles was a long time employee of Tavern 1757 in Seymour. He started his career making pizzas and salads at the restaurant, but quickly moved on to be the Sous-Chef and then Head Chef of the restaurant. Charles loved the outdoors and was very active swimming, surfing, snowboarding and camping. He had a great passion for music and especially enjoyed going to live shows all around the area. Most of all, Charles loved to spend time with his family and friends, especially his "Tavern Family." He will be sadly missed by all, but will remain forever in our hearts. Charles leaves to cherish his memory his loving father Roger Malmeth and his fianc Bonnie O'Brien of Monroe, his cousins Hunter and Collette Fronette, his two aunts Michelle and Rene, his friend Chris Hansen and his Tavern 1757 family Joe, Armando, Chrissy, Rebecca, Chris, Maria and many others. A Memorial Service in Celebration of Charles' life will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Tavern 1757, 318 Roosevelt Drive, Seymour.
