Cynthia Urless

Cynthia Urless, age 67, of Ansonia, the beloved wife of 46 years to Ted Urless, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Friday, February 26, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Waterbury on December 17, 1953, the loving daughter of the late Albert and Hortense Matos Arcuri. Cynthia was a former Executive Assistant at Health Net and also worked for the Naugatuck Valley Health District. She enjoyed Swan Lake and served on its Association board for many years as Secretary. Cynthia loved shopping, working on crafts and the times she spend in Ocean City with her husband Ted. Most of all, Cynthia loved to be with her family and many friends. She will be sadly missed by all, but will forever be in our hearts. Cynthia's loving family in addition to her husband Ted includes her two daughters Shannon Marie Chaves and her husband Victor and Lisa Marie Urless and her husband Thomas Fung, her three cherished grandchildren Sofia, Layla and Eleanor, her brother Albert Arcuri and his wife Lorrie, many nieces, nephews and cousins and her dear friends Wesley Falbo, Annmarie Rinaldi and Diane Brenner. A Graveside service in the family plot at St. Augustine Cemetery in Seymour will be held in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Cynthia's memory may be made to the Ansonia Animal Shelter through the funeral home.
