David W. Bedorf

David W. Bedorf, 73, formerly of Seymour, passed from life to life at Touch Points at Manchester on May 12, 2020. He was born at the Griffin Hospital in Derby on August 1, 1946, son of the late Adolph and Mary Sokol Bedorf. Dave graduated from Seymour High School and was a long time Seymour resident. He played Little League Baseball and was a lifelong sports enthusiast. Dave was a diehard NY Yankees fan with a great memory of baseball history, especially of the 1950's to 1970's era Yankees. He will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. Dave's loving family includes his brother George Bedorf and his wife Penny, his cousin Norma Miles and her husband Richard and several nieces and nephews. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, a private interment will take place at the family plot at Trinity Cemetery in Seymour.
