Eileen Lambert

Eileen Mary Lambert, age 91, of Woodbridge, beloved wife of the late James Clifford Lambert, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born in New York City on December 3, 1919, daughter of the late John and Mary Heffernan Shevlin. Eileen was a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption Church of Woodbridge. She received an Associates Degree in Business and was a Veterans Administration Contact Representative for many years. Eileen loved to walk, was an avid homemaker and an avid swimmer. Her loving family includes her son Thomas S. Lambert and his wife Ingrid of Woodbridge, her 3 cherished grandchildren Dominique and Kevin Lambert and Vanessa Schneidau and her cherished great grandson Evan Schneidau. Eileen was predeceased by her sister Delores McGinity. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
