Ginger Caco

Ginger Caco, age 78, of Oxford, the beloved wife of 59 years to David S. Caco, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Saturday August 5, 2023, at Shady Knoll Healthcare with her loving family by her side. She was born in Stratford on November 19, 1944, loving daughter of the late Raymond and Rose Del Rosso Roviello. Ginger was a devout communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd, St. Nicholas Parish of Seymour. She was an avid homemaker and greatly enjoyed watching her grandkid's sporting events. Ginger retired in 2002 from American Frozen Foods where she had been a Switchboard Operator for many years. Most of all, Ginger loved to spend time with her family and many friends. She will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. Her loving family in addition on to her beloved husband David includes her two caring daughters Lisa Renzoni (George) of Oxford and Lori Alldredge (Larry) of Milford, her five cherished grandchildren Christopher Renzoni (Christina), Anthony Renzoni, Matthew Renzoni, Jesse Alldredge (Jessica) and David Alldredge and two cherished great grandchildren Austin Renzoni and Brynna Renzoni. A Funeral Service in Celebration of Ginger's Life will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of the Miller-Ward Funeral Home, 260 Bank St. (RT. 67, across from Klarides Village) in Seymour with Father Thomas Cieslikowski officiating. Visitation for friends and relatives will also be held on Thursday from 9:00 am until the beginning of the service. Burial in the family plot at Mountain Meadows Cemetery in Seymour will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in memory of Ginger may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital through the funeral home.
