Hilde Piagneri

Hilde Piagneri, age 87, of Beacon Falls , the beloved wife of the late Dino J. Piagneri , entered into eternal rest peacefully on Sunday , September 26, 2021at her home. She was born in the Bronx,NY February 7, 1934, beloved daughter of the late Rudolph and Else ( Weidauer) Gunther. Hilde was an avid homemaker and a doting grandmother. She loved to spend time with her family and many friends. Hilde will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. Her loving family includes her devoted children, daughter Linda White of Naugatuck, son John Piagneri and his wife Marsha of Ansonia , her grandchildren Steven White and his wife Katie and Michael White, two great-grandchildren Melanie and Madison White, her caring sister Eleanor Escherich of New Canaan, as well as several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:00 am at Mt. St. Peters Garden Mausoleum, Derby. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Hilde's memory may be made to The American Cancer Society, through the funeral home. Cemetery Details Mt.
