Lawrence Deangelis

Lawrence Adrian DeAngelis, age 61, of Waterbury formerly of Seymour, the beloved husband of the late Linda Burleigh DeAngelis, entered into rest on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Abbott Terrace, Waterbury, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Derby on November 5, 1949, son of the late Lorenzo and Tecla Laurenzi DeAngelis. Larry was a Machine Operator for Soil Testing, Inc. of Oxford. He loved being with his family and friends and enjoyed gardening, especially growing his tomatoes. Larry moved to Waterbury from Seymour two years ago. His loving family includes his cherished partner Nancy Cederholm, his two sons David A. DeAngelis of Ansonia and Matthew W. DeAngelis of Seymour, his three brothers John DeAngelis of Southbury, Dino DeAngelis of Seymour and Virginio DeAngelis of Santa Fe, NM, his four cherished grandchildren Dennis Danley, Emily, Rachael and Anthony DeAngelis and several loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased his brother Robert J. DeAngelis. A Memorial Mass in Celebration of Larry's life will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 11:00 am DIRECTLY at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia. There will be no visitation.
