Lucinda Grusz

Lucinda (Cindy) Mary Grusz, 53, of New Haven, formerly of Seymour entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She was born in Derby on December 29, 1957, daughter of Walter and Irene Lamorski Grusz. She was a graduate of Seymour High School and a former communicant of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Seymour. She was formerly employed as the manager of McDonald's Corporation in New Haven and Jimmies Place of Seymour. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, she leaves a daughter, Ashley Hobberlin of Seymour and a sister, Cheryl Russell and her husband, William, of Ottowa, Canada. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Cindy's life, will be held WEDNESDAY, June 15, 2011 (DIRECTLY) at 10:00 am at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour with the Reverende Edward S. Jaksina, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial gifts in Cindy's memory may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd Improvement Fund.
