Rachel Visocchi

Rachel (Lambert) Visocchi, age 86 of Seymour, the beloved wife of the late Charles (Sharkey) James Visocchi, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 29, 2024 at CT Hospice in Branford surrounded by her loving family. Rachel was born in Lowell, Mass., on May 2 , 1938, the beloved daughter of the late Leo and Juliette Lambert.

Rachel enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends.She will be sadly missed by all but will forever remain in our hearts.

Rachel is survived by her three loving children , son Kevin C. Visocchi (Barbara) of Milford, two daughters Romaine Visocchi of Southbury and Lisa Hixson (Russell) of Phoenix, AZ, six cherished grandchildren Jacob, Jaime, Julien, Josh, Angela and Manny, three cherished great-grandchildren Anisia, Eric and Keith, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the chapel of The Miller-Macari Family Funeral Home, 260 Bank St. (RT.67, across from Klarides Village) Seymour. A funeral service in celebration of Rachel's life

will follow at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at 1:00 pm @ State of Connecticut Veterans' Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown,Ct.
