Regina M Beauregard

Regina Mary Fatek Beauregard, age 87 , a lifelong Seymour resident, the beloved wife of the late Henry R. Beauregard entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Seymour, September 4, 1928 beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Lempek Fatek. Regina was a devout communicant of St. Augustine Church of Seymour. Before retiring Regina worked for The Board of Education for the Town of Seymour in the Cafeteria . She was a member of The League of Sacred Heart as well as a member of The American School Food Services Association, CT Chapter #6. Regina was a former member of The Catholic Daughters of America. She was a homemaker who was an avid bingo player and enjoyed doing crafts. Regina will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Her loving family includes her devoted daughter Joanne Beauregard of Gorham, ME, her devoted son Wayne Beauregard and his wife Lisa of Nashua, NH, and several caring nieces, nephews and cousins. Regina was predeceased by her six brothers John, Frank, William, Anthony, Edward and Stanley Fatek and seven sisters Anna Ptak, Mary Jankowski, Felicia Casagrande, Harriett Fatek, Stella Samojedney, Theresa Cegelka and Genevieve Young. A special thanks to the nurses and staff of Shady Knoll Health Care for the comforting and compassionate care that was provided. A Funeral Service in Celebration of Regina's Life will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of the Miller-Ward Funeral Home, 260 Bank Street (RT 67, across from Klarides Village) Seymour with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 am at St. Augustine Church, 35 Washington Ave, Seymour. Interment in the family plot at Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury will follow. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Friday morning, September 18, 2015 from 8:30 to 10:00 am.
