Stuart M. Peck Jr.

Stuart M. Peck, Jr., age 76, of Woodbridge, the beloved husband of 24 years to the late Michiko Peck, entered into rest peacefully on Monday, May 17, 2021 at his home. He was born in New Haven on May 5, 1945, the loving son of the late Stuart and Mary Peck, Sr. Stuart was a life long Woodbridge resident who graduated from Amity Regional High School and the University of New Haven. He was an avid reader that played a mean saxophone and loved to tinker with things in the barn. Stuart was a kind and gentle man who was willing to help anyone. Over the last few years, he was an active member of the Woodbridge Historical Society. Stuart proudly lived in a historic house built in the 1700's that had been the family's home since the 1800's. Most of all, Stuart loved to spend time with his family and many friends. He will be sadly missed by all but will remain forever in our hearts. Stuart's loving family includes his brother Charles Peck, Sr. and his wife Shirley and his nephew Charles Peck, Jr. He was predeceased by his cherished niece Rebecca. A Graveside Service in memory of Stuart will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10:30 am at the East Side Cemetery, 157 South Pease Road, Woodbridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Stuart's memory may be made to the Woodbridge Historical Society, 1907 Litchfield Turnpike, Woodbridge, CT 06525.
