William Johnson

William W. Johnson, 57, of Orlando, FL, formerly of Shelton, CT, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL. Bill was the son of the late Herbert L. and Claire Tebeau Johnson. He was born on November 12, 1952 in Bridgeport. Bill was a 1971 graduate of St. Joseph High School,Trumbull. He was a resident of FL for 20 years, where he was employed as a steel worker until his recent illness. Throughout his life he found great joy in cooking and gardening, and had a fondness for animals. He was an avid reader and fisherman. Survivors include a daughter, Laura Johnson McPherson of TX; three sisters, Donna Miller, Wendy Sebas and her husband, Kenneth, and Patricia Humeniuk, all of Seymour; a brother, Jeffrey Johnson of Stamford; and a niece and several nephews. He was predeceased by his former wife, Diane Stevenson Johnson. Funeral Services will take place in Orlando, FL. Local arrangements were made by the Miller-Ward Funeral Home, 260 Bank Street, (Route 67 across from Klarides Village) Seymour.
